Strong Excel skills - confident with formulas, formatting, and data manipulation
Comfortable using various tech platforms and systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Previous admin experience in a busy office environment

Job Responsibility

Provide administrative support across various departments
Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases using Excel
Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts professionally
Support with general office duties as required
