Job Responsibility:
General admin support including filing, emails, and scheduling
Processing invoices and payments
Basic bookkeeping and data entry
Assisting with payroll and timesheets
Keeping records up to date and organised
Any ad hoc duties, as requested
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator and accounts based duties
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
