Our client, a reputable Care Home provider is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team and support a wide range of essential responsibilities. Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to foster a supportive community
Update employee recruitment files using Eploy, ensuring compliance and accuracy for payroll purposes
Prepare residency and personal allowance agreements with attention to detail
Daily management of the training room diary and resident occupancy, keeping everything organised
Establish relationships and collaborate with external organisations to provide engaging activities for residents
Assist with inquiries and conduct viewings for prospective residents and families, showcasing the care home's welcoming atmosphere
Store all data securely, updating employee and resident files while maintaining confidentiality
Manage the sales ledger for the care home and residents, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
Oversee front-of-house reception duties, including handling telephone calls, emails, and deliveries
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships
Proficiency in using Eploy or similar recruitment systems is a plus
A keen eye for detail, particularly when handling sensitive information
A friendly and approachable demeanour, perfect for a front-of-house role
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or care home setting
MUST HOLD A CURRENT ENHANCED DBS CHECK
