We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's HR department on a temporary basis until September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a real impact.
Job Responsibility:
Crafting letters related to employee start dates, contracts, and disciplinary/grievance meetings
Ensuring documents are sent to the correct personnel
Managing diaries and booking meetings
Taking light minutes, noting key points from meetings
Supporting the team with various HR projects, including the implementation of a new system
Handling confidential information with discretion
Assisting with onboarding new employees
Coordinating training sessions and workshops
Maintaining and updating employee records
Responding to HR-related queries and providing administrative support
Requirements:
High attention to detail
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An interest in HR is beneficial but not essential
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
