Our client, an arts organization, is seeking a Temp HR Administrator to join their team for a 2-3 month contract with potential to extend. This role will focus on a critical HR data clean-up and file audit project, ensuring employee records are compliant, organized, and accurately maintained within the HRIS system. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with HR leadership.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, required
5+ years of HR experience, including hands-on file audit and HR data clean-up projects required
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required
Strong understanding of employment record retention requirements and compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and confidently identify and resolve discrepancies
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
Prior experience in temporary or project-based HR roles preferred
