Job Description:

The Tech Operations Engineer will support and maintain critical enterprise applications and tools, including JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech Operations or Application Support, with expertise in application administration and troubleshooting. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a willingness to provide customer-focused support. The position offers remote work flexibility and requires participation in on-call rotations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide end-to-end support for enterprise tools including JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream (GRC), and Azure DevOps
  • Perform patching, version upgrades, and maintenance of supported applications
  • Support deployment activities for Run applications, ensuring adherence to change management processes
  • Monitor application health and proactively address performance or availability issues
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, patches, and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies
  • Provide customer-focused support and timely communication during incidents and planned maintenance
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in Tech Operations or Application Support roles
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
  • Minimum 3 years experience with patching, software version management, and deployment processes
  • Expertise in application administration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA adherence
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
