Technology Strategy & Gov. Tech Sr. Lead

• Support consolidation and execution enablement of the Technology Strategy and 3-year DB & LRP roadmap
• Coordinate governance of assigned strategic streams or major initiatives across Technology and Business
• Translate strategic direction into structured plans, milestones, and tracking mechanisms
• Support embedding Technology strategic priorities within assigned programs and taskforces
• Coordinate governance activities to support alignment of local Technology plans with Vodafone Group strategy
• Facilitate alignment between Technology, Commercial, Business, and Finance at working and senior-working levels
• Contribute to Technology and Business governance forums and escalate risks and issues to the area Manager
• Support analysis and prioritization of Technology initiatives across strategic streams
• Coordinate preparation and review of business cases for CAB, IRC, DB, and other investment forums
• Provide analytical support for budget defence and investment discussions
• Coordinate consolidation of progress reporting, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and financial performance across assigned streams
• Prepare management-level reporting materials for internal and Group forums
• Identify delivery and dependency risks impacting Technology Strategy execution and recommend mitigation actions
• Support governance of the Technology R&D roadmap and NTRA R&D initiatives
• Coordinate Technology inputs into partnerships with NTI, MCIT, and universities
• Study and review vendors roadmaps in alignment with Vodafone Strategy
• Support preparation of Technology strategy communications and updates in collaboration with the CTO Office

• 10-14 years of experience in IT & Network
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications industry
• Ability to lead complex initiatives

• Strong Financial Experience
• B.Sc. Degree In Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
• Strong Financial and Technical knowledge
• Automation skills

Vendor Management knowledge is a plus
