Job Responsibility:
People Management: Model, coach, and care for team
Pre-Sales Support: Coach teams on pre-sales activities, interact with pre-sales team, provide input on trends, make deal approval decisions, identify expansion opportunities, provide input on resourcing
Technical Delivery: Participate in workforce and capacity planning, collaborate with account team, guide team on customer requirements, support project managers, plan team's work, participate in sales to delivery handoff, use technical leadership to work with customers, guide team to operational excellence, ensure adherence to processes, may serve as executive sponsor, nurture customer relationships, support delivery leads on escalations, proactively report issues, engage with customers in steering meetings, address customer feedback, lead development of customer engagement
Intellectual Property Management: Ensure team readiness and knowledge sharing, encourage creation and sharing of IP, promote use of Industry Solutions offerings, partner with Global Pursuit Organization and Sales
Business Development: Sponsor initiatives to develop business
Readiness: Ensure team achieves relevant certifications, complete required training, contribute to readiness plan, coach team and act as trusted advisor
Operational Excellence: Support business management, provide recognition, create business value, ensure compliance
Change Management: Communicate business strategy, participate in discussions on organizational change

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 6+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience
4+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience
3+ years team leadership or people management experience, with or without direct reports
12+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business (preferred)
8+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience (preferred)
8+ years people management experience (preferred)
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics) (preferred)
