Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, ensuring delivery of technical solutions to meet customer needs. Tasks include troubleshooting, testing, and contributing to system design while building strong relationships with team members and customers.

Job Responsibility:

Delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
perform systems configurations
troubleshoot systems errors/problems
monitor and/or test systems performance
contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments
act professionally with customers
maintain good relationships with team members and customers
understand the company's strategy

Requirements:

1 - 3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science degree in computer science or related area
without a degree, one additional year of relevant technical experience (2-4 years in total)
sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables
ability to communicate concepts with team and peers
ability to produce basic documentation to required standards
understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
fundamental technical knowledge
