Job Description:

The Technician Supervisor is responsible for the completion of work and supervises the overall appearance, functionality, and operation of the facilities area under his or her responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Inspect site/project area to ensure tasks and maintenance are being completed efficiently and on schedule
  • Provide general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required
  • Delegate tasks to other Technicians as needed and inspect to make sure they are completed in the most efficient manner possible
  • Walk projects, attend meetings, and assist clients in definition of project scope and execution procedure
  • Oversee large work order request with multiple technicians needed to complete
  • Capable of lifting loads over 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by specific projects
