Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Lab Technician to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, conducting experiments, and managing lab resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support in day-to-day lab activities
  • Perform and supervise various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Manage lab inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Implement and enforce lab safety protocols and quality control procedures
  • Analyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports on findings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and lab activities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures
  • Manage lab schedules and coordinate projects to meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of lab experience
  • Should have a good understanding of electronic component (Size, polarity, coding)
  • Should be skilled in Hand soldering and Rework of SMD components
  • Basic understanding of the lab equipment’s like thermal chamber and oscilloscope
  • Should be able to Interpret Schematic Diagrams
  • Experience in Setting up Lab Experiment Set Ups
  • Experience in Inventory Maintenance
  • Experience in Lab Set Up
  • Experience in Computer/Server Assembly & OS Installation & Configuration
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Bachelor's degree, ITI/Diploma
