Job Description:

The Technical Writing Intern role involves creating, editing, and refining technical content such as user guides, release notes, and API documentation. The intern will collaborate with engineers and product managers to learn concepts and transform them into engaging and clear documentation. The role also includes experimenting with AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Job Responsibility:

Create, edit, and polish technical content such as user guides, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to learn technical concepts—and turn them into content that’s clear and engaging
Contribute fresh ideas to make documentation more effective and enjoyable to use
Explore how AI tools can make technical writing smarter, faster, and more impactful
Experiment with AI-powered writing and editing tools to improve consistency, readability, and productivity

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Familiarity with programming languages or technical tools relevant to the role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
A natural curiosity for technology, AI and eagerness to learn
An eye for detail and the ability to make complex topics easy to understand
Team spirit, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
Currently studying or recently graduated in Technical Communication, English, Translation, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with tools like Oxygen/Tridion, Confluence, Jira, or SharePoint is a plus
