Technical Writer

• Document new features of the application
• Maintain and update previous versions of the documentation
• Gather information to obtain an understanding of product features by interviewing developers or subject area owners, discussing in team meetings, etc., and translate that information into simple and user-friendly content
• Develop documentation that meets organizational standards
• Create documentation keeping in mind how users use our products and how to help them achieve their tasks quickly and accurately
• Work in a fast-paced environment and create multiple documentation to meet tight deadlines
• Work collaboratively and closely with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in content

• Excellent command on professional English communication
• Must have strong writing skills, technical proficiencies, and a keen eye for details
• Good to have knowledge on tools like WordPress, Visio
• Proficient with Microsoft word
• Ability to work closely with various teams in order to gather information for producing easy-to-use documentation within set deadlines
• Must have worked on creating high-quality, easy-to-understand end-user documentation
• Documentation includes user guides, knowledgebase articles, and concept guides.
• Ability to create release notes, end-user training documents, GIFs, videos, or any other deliverables that can help our end users to the applications
