Job Description:

Technical Talent Acquisition Partner role at Endor Labs, building Application Security platform. Responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across multiple business units to fuel company expansion in a fast-growing organization.

Job Responsibility:

End-to-End Recruitment: Source, assess, and guide diverse pool of candidates through recruiting process
Talent Attraction: Develop strategies to identify and attract top engineering talent
Sourcing Excellence: Design and implement innovative search strategies leveraging job boards and social media
Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to understand talent landscape for proactive planning
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage recruitment metrics to address hiring challenges and improve processes
Candidate Management: Offer best-in-class candidate experience throughout interview process
Achieving Strategic Goals: Align recruitment strategies with company growth objectives
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience with strong focus on sourcing and talent mapping across technical and business roles
Experience in independently partnering with hiring managers and leaders on hiring initiatives
Experience in negotiating, influencing, and driving results
Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Capable of thriving in fast-moving, high growth environment
Extremely self-motivated and goal-oriented
