Job Description:

As a Technical Support specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the company. Working in a 2-shift system, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical solutions in the process industry. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration, proactivity, and technical expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Provide hands-on technical support for machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the process industry
Perform routine maintenance to prevent machine breakdowns
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of systems
Communicate effectively with team members and management to report on issues and solutions
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions

Requirements:

Higher technical profile with experience in process industries, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of machinery, process systems, and maintenance practices
Good command of Dutch or English to communicate effectively in a technical environment
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
