We are seeking a Technical Supplier Liaison to act as the primary interface (“concierge”) between Engineering and Supply Chain teams. This role centralizes communication, prioritization, and execution across multiple engineering teams to improve efficiency, clarity, and delivery in fulfillment and manufacturing environments. This is not a hands-on network design role. Instead, the position focuses on technical coordination, stakeholder management, and operational leadership within complex, fast-moving supply chain environments.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the single point of contact between Engineering teams and Supply Chain stakeholders
Centralize, triage, and prioritize supply chain requests related to network engineering
Translate business and operational requirements into clear, actionable inputs for engineering teams
Ensure consistent communication, expectations, and timelines across multiple technical teams
Reduce duplication, misalignment, and inefficiencies caused by parallel team interactions
Coordinate sequencing of work to minimize operational risk in fulfillment and manufacturing environments
Provide clear status updates, risk identification, and escalation as needed
Build strong working relationships with engineering, supply chain, and operations leaders
Ensure work is planned and executed with awareness of manufacturing, fulfillment, and operational constraints
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in technology, operations, or engineering-adjacent roles
Background in information technology, infrastructure, or engineering environments
Ability to confidently engage in technical discussions and understand engineering concepts (without being a deep subject-matter expert)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Nice to have:
Exposure to manufacturing, fulfillment centers, or industrial environments
Experience working with supply chain, operations, or production systems
Background in technical program management, operations leadership, or engineering liaison roles
Familiarity with large-scale enterprise or distributed systems environments
