In this role you will partner closely with our product engineering teams hiring phenomenal frontend engineering talent into Airbnb. As a Technical Sourcer, you will make a significant impact on our mobile and web recruiting efforts by employing advanced search strategies and utilizing relationships to uncover top talent. Job Responsibility:
Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals
Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process
Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
5+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup with elite standards
3+ years of sourcing experience for web & mobile engineering roles
Demonstrated track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent in high growth, fast paced environments
Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across multiple channels including web research, professional networks, community ecosystems, referrals, and emerging platforms
Strong data proficiency with the ability to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose pipeline gaps, and adjust sourcing strategy based on performance insights
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus!
