As a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter, you will own our engineering hiring—partnering closely with engineering leaders to build strong pipelines and deliver top talent at scale. This is a sourcing-heavy, high-impact role critical to Sigma’s rapid growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own stakeholder relationships with engineering leaders and translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies
Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-caliber engineering talent
Take end-to-end ownership of the sourcing funnel, from outreach through pipeline management
Develop creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiting and engineering teams
Drive employee referrals for high-priority roles
Manage early-stage candidate experience, interview coordination, and recruiter handoff
Track and improve sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion, pipeline health)
Maintain strong recruiting hygiene in Greenhouse ATS
Requirements:
3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
Proven success in sourcing-heavy engineering roles
Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and scheduling tools (GoodTime a plus)
