Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and manage storage and server hardware customer cases to an effective resolution
  • Deep-dive into technical analysis of the customer configuration, in order to troubleshoot the issues and develop an effective recovery plan
  • Solve hardware/software problems of a customer according to company KPIs for the business
  • Observe, analyze and propose qualification process improvements suggestions and/or reports

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Romanian
  • Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills and working with strict deadlines
  • Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills
  • The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
  • A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
