We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in the Central London. This role involves taking responsibility for the efficient operation of both critical and non-critical engineering services, PC-based systems, and the associated plant—ensuring 100% availability. You will act as the key technical coordination point for day-to-day maintenance activities, working closely with site personnel, landlords, and service providers. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the technical reference point for maintenance activities, permits, compliance, and health & safety
Oversee helpdesk operations, maintenance teams, and third-party contractors
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved, driving service quality and improvements
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and Anabas Business Support Centre
Proactively manage risks by conducting audits and coordinating with subcontractors, landlords, and regulatory bodies
Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to a small team of technicians/operatives
Maintain full budgetary accountability, ensuring costs for equipment, payroll, materials, and subcontractors are controlled within agreed budgets
Represent the client in meetings, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct

Requirements:
Proven track record in managing Mechanical & Electrical services within a facilities management or corporate environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with senior executives
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Services or a related industry
Technical qualifications (preferred but not always essential, subject to client approval)
C&G Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent/exceeds) IET Wiring and Installation C&G 2391 Test & Inspection BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing & certification
Strong IT and report writing skills
Ability to remain calm and deliver results under pressure
Leadership skills with experience motivating and managing small technical teams
Vetting clearance will be required ahead of any employment start for this role which will include a DB check
