The Jobholder is responsible for the oversight, delivery and performance of the Structure & Cabin System activities provided across all the contracts under Airbus Flight Hour Services scope (FHS) managed by the Central Plateau. In his function, the job holder will be responsible for maintaining the fleet under his supervision to the highest Operational Reliability, in line with applicable airworthiness requirements such as EASA and NAA and in accordance with Airbus Technical Standards and FHS Financial interests.
Job Responsibility:
Oversight, delivery and performance of the Structure & Cabin System activities across all contracts under Airbus Flight Hour Services scope
Maintain fleet to highest Operational Reliability
Manage technical interface with customer facing team and liaise with FHS operational holder
Ensure Internal Customer satisfaction
Achieve compliance with Regulation, Airworthiness and Quality standards
Propose additional values to support Airbus Services
Ensure engineering technical follow-up and defect/delay analysis
Develop close relationship with customer facing teams
Produce and share engineering analysis
Ensure appropriate support for technical issues resolution
Develop close relationship with FHS HQ
Contribute to functional organization objectives
Ensure regular reporting
Ensure Technical support with Local Aviation Authorities
Contribute to development of industrialized processes
Provide engineering assistance to regional on-site engineering team
Coordinate with TC Holder for repair solutions
Provide Technical Support for Structural Assessment, Repair & Modifications
Manage definition of structural events in FHS Digital platform
Maintain Structural Damage Database
Analyse impact of Cabin Modifications
Manage Weight and Balance changes
Provide Support towards Weight and Balance Schedule preparation
Provide technical support towards managing Landing Gear configuration
Master reliability process and tools
Manage reliability technical dossier
Analyze reasons for removal on identified components
Perform technical investigation
Investigate Reliability Issues
Manage and control AD and mandatory documents
Master technical publication process
Support mods meetings and FHS SB Scan process
Liaise with customer facing team on embodiment strategy
Requirements:
Minimum degree holder in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Airline / MRO, mainly in Technical Services position
Good knowledge of Continued Airworthiness Management
Structural Damage Assessment & Repair Training preferably with composite parts coverage (Essential)
License or Type training on commercial transport category aircraft, preferably on any Airbus product, A320 / A350 (Desirable)
Superior organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, adaptability to changing deadlines and attention to detail
Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
