As a Technical Sales Engineer (Product Specialist), you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s market position within the F&B sector. Combining your technical knowledge and commercial skills, you’ll identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and provide expert consultation to ensure the delivery of high-quality industrial solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage existing customer accounts and actively develop new opportunities within the F&B market
Identify client needs and provide consultative technical solutions aligned with operational requirements
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for customers and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and manage project pipelines
Act as a technical advisor and product advocate for industrial solutions across assigned territories
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to enhance market visibility
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry or handling products/services related to F&B is preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment, instrumentation, or process control
Strong understanding of sensors, transmitters, and communication protocols (fieldbus, TCP/IP, analog/digital signals)
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
Willing to travel within Malaysia and possess a valid driving license
