The Technical Release Manager is accountable for the coordination and execution of software releases across the delivery lifecycle. The role ensures releases are prepared, communicated, and executed in a predictable and controlled manner, using established release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates. The role combines hands-on operation of CI/CD pipelines with release coordination and stakeholder communication, providing clear release status, risk visibility, and execution ownership throughout each release.

Ensures releases are prepared, communicated, and executed in a predictable and controlled manner, using established release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates
Combines hands-on operation of CI/CD pipelines with release coordination and stakeholder communication
Provides clear release status, risk visibility, and execution ownership throughout each release
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in one of the following roles: Release Manager, DevOps Engineer, Software Developer, or Technical Project Manager
Direct experience executing releases in a CI/CD-driven environment
Hands-on experience running, monitoring, and troubleshooting releases using GitHub Actions
Ability to interpret pipeline stages, logs, failures, and test signals
Experience triggering, re-running, rolling back, and validating pipeline executions
Working knowledge of Python or scripting to support release execution and operational automation
Experience running release syncs, tracking readiness, and managing cross-team dependencies
Ownership of release communications and internal release notes
Comfortable making and coordinating go / no-go decisions within defined criteria
Calm and structured under release pressure
Clear communicator with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating within defined standards and guardrails
