Technical Recruiter

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top technical talent
• Source candidates through various channels, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Lovable as an employer

• Experience as a Technical Recruiter or of a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
