We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to fuel Lovable’s growth. You’ll partner with hiring managers to design and run hiring plans, source and engage top technical talent, and deliver a smooth, high-touch and Lovable candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top technical talent
Source candidates through various channels, social media, networking events, and referrals
Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Lovable as an employer
Requirements:
Experience as a Technical Recruiter or of a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
