We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to jump into a fast-moving environment and support a high volume of engineering and technical hiring. If you thrive in pace, can handle volume recruiting, and enjoy being embedded with a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, this one’s for you. This is a 3 month contract starting immediately. (hybrid work model downtown Calgary).
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of engineering and technical roles
Work through high application volumes (expect 200+ resumes per day)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, set expectations, and keep processes moving
Attend career fairs in Calgary (approximately 4 during the contract)
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates quickly and efficiently
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting in Dayforce
Move fast while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Meet tight timelines and shifting priorities without missing details
Requirements:
Significant recruiting experience
Proven background recruiting engineering and technical roles
Ability to attend career fairs in Calgary during the contract
Comfortable working at high speed and high volume
Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple hiring managers
