Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee technical records project delivery across multiple clients, ensuring customer excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
  • Lead and optimize team performance, foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, and strategically allocate resources to meet project priorities
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall project excellence
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage project workloads across multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals
  • Ensure project delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations in quality, speed, and reliability within defined parameters
  • Strategically allocate resources by leveraging the right expertise and capabilities across teams to effectively achieve project priorities

  • Prepare and publish a monthly project report to the Engineering Services VP, highlighting key milestones, status updates, accomplishments, risks, and issues
  • Ensure the accuracy of the project resource demand plan in alignment with revenue targets and business objectives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in aviation technical records and asset management, including 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Expertise in aircraft asset lifecycle management, covering lease agreements, redelivery processes, audits, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations
  • Strong experience in customer interactions, negotiations, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (preferable)
  • Expertise in aircraft technical records, maintenance programs, airworthiness compliance, and transitions
  • Good knowledge of M&E systems like AMOS, Trax, Maintenix, and OASES
  • Experience with flydocs or similar digital records management systems preferred
  • Strong knowledge of EASA, FAA, and ICAO regulations for lease transitions and audits
  • Skilled in aircraft data migration, audits, and end-of-lease documentation management
  • Strong leadership in mentoring and developing high-performing technical records teams
  • Expertise in performance management, KPI setting, and workforce planning
  • Experienced in change management, process optimization, and system enhancements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex negotiations and technical disputes
