Job Description:

Innofied is looking for an experienced project manager with at least 7 years of experience in leading a team and managing Web and Mobile development project development. He /she would be responsible for planning and overseeing project development and ensuring that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. An ideal candidate should be able to create project schedules, identify risks and plan for contingency, and coordinate with Sales and other teams for technical estimations and project analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple projects concurrently: provide work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports on a regular basis
Develop definition of project scope, goals and deliverable as per client's need
Track resources and ensure they are fully allocated across different projects
Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule or scope statement
Review and validate project requirements. Track and manage application requirements during the development lifecycle, incorporate changes to requirements through an established change management process
Manage the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation
Manages the project delivery process to ensure a successful implementation including on time, on budget and to a high level of client satisfaction
Responsible for Coordinating with Client in requirement Gathering, estimating, scheduling, planning and Delivery
Proficiency in creating weekly, monthly quarterly reports to demonstrate deliveries, utilization, profitability and other measurable aspects
Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in leading a team and managing Web and Mobile development project development
6 years of coding experience in various web or mobile technologies
Experience in managing web and mobile application development projects
Experience in Mobile and Open source technology stack
Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies like PHP frameworks like Laravel, CI, PHP supporting frameworks / Open source Platforms, AWS
Experience in MEAN / MERN
Strong knowledge of writing reusable components
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and MVC design patterns
Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Database experience: MYSQL/ MongoDB / Postgres
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github and Bitbucket
Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes
Understanding coding design principles behind a scalable application
Knowledge of SaaS base application development
Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira, Trello etc
