Technical Project Manager – L4 (AI Delivery Team)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software/AI projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met
• Manage project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to technical use cases
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering, and customers to define project plans and deliverables
• Oversee integrations with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Ensure smooth deployments on cloud environments, considering scalability, networking, and security
• Conduct customer meetings, manage expectations, and handle change requests effectively
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and regular status reporting
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and issue resolution

• 5+ years of project management experience in software or SaaS delivery
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong knowledge of CRM and API integration methods
• Good understanding of cloud systems, architecture, networking, and deployment methodologies
• Strong background in requirement gathering, mapping to business use cases, and delivery execution
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage customer interactions and change requests professionally

Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, or conversational AI concepts
