Job Description:

A new role is available for a site-based Administrator. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes for the site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining project plans, documents, and other relevant information
  • Project Management: Assisting with project scheduling, task tracking, and resource management
  • Communication: Facilitating communication within the project team and with stakeholders
  • Reporting: Preparing project reports, status updates, and other relevant documentation
  • Support: Providing administrative support to the project manager and team members
  • Data Management: Maintaining project databases and other relevant data

Requirements:

  • Strong administration background, site administration a bonus but not essential
  • Being well organised with a strong ability to multitask
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of CAD, Adobe and MS Packages
