Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of Lynx APIs for our Truck/Trailer and Container business units. This role will shape the Lynx API strategy, working closely with engineering teams to develop scalable, high-performance APIs for customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define the product roadmap and backlog by gathering customer requirements and stakeholder feedback
  • Develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide API development
  • Lead Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, aligning with SCRUM and SAFe methodologies
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to create technically feasible solutions
  • Manage the API Developer Portal, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration for developers
  • Define API standards, versioning, rate limiting, and security policies
  • Implement API monetization strategies and pricing models for enterprise customers
  • Track API adoption metrics and iterate on product enhancements
  • Document release notes, feature specifications, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide program management leadership, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience managing enterprise APIs, SaaS integrations, and API lifecycle best practices
  • Familiarity with API gateways (Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI)
  • Agile development expertise (SCRUM, SAFe)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with IoT and telematics SaaS platforms in the transportation industry
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
