Job Description:

At SeenThis, the Technical Producer is a Creative HTML5 Developer and Designer who designs, hand-codes, and launches high-impact digital ad campaigns using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 utilising multiple CMS platforms. The role blends creative and technical expertise - building responsive ad formats, animations, and interactive banners, while producing supporting video and design assets in Adobe Creative Suite. They work closely with clients to guide creative strategy, validate assets, and optimize performance, while also supporting tracking, troubleshooting, and technical sales needs. Success requires strong multitasking, problem-solving, collaboration, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Job Responsibility:

  • Using strong HTML5/JS/CSS3 skills - design, build (hand-code), and launch complex digital ad campaigns using SeenThis’ various CMS platforms
  • Must have extensive experience hand-coding responsive ‘high impact’ HTML5 creatives such as page skins as well as building standard banner ads
  • Must be able to code animations and interactivity
  • Ability to understand custom / bespoke ad formats specs and build creatives accordingly
  • Independently edit and produce video and design assets using Adobe CS (After Effects and Photoshop preferred)
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns / deadlines at the same time
  • Eager to explore and identify AI applications in daily workflow
  • Collaborate directly with clients to advise on optimal creative strategies
  • Review and validate assets before production to ensure maximum performance
  • Along with the delivery team, assist with troubleshooting production and delivery discrepancies independently
  • Ensure smooth resolution of client issues
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions
  • Share knowledge within the team and collaborate across functions
  • Implement and manage all types of campaign tracking to ensure accurate reporting
  • Provide technical expertise in client pitches and account management

Requirements:

  • Strong hand-coding skills in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3
  • Proven experience building responsive high-impact ad formats and standard banners
  • Ability to code animations and interactive creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects and Photoshop) for asset and video production
  • Be a self-starter, manage own workload and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
  • Capable of troubleshooting production and delivery issues independently, managing bringing in support where necessary
  • Confident collaborating directly with clients and internal teams
  • Able to contribute to technical sales support and client pitches
