Yotta Techports is looking for technology leaders with Full-Stack experience (8+ years) experience Java or Python or Node or Angular, React and AWS/Azure/GCP , SQL and NoSQL and related technologies who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and best engineering practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Hands on Tech Lead & manage one or more agile Development teams
  • Guide software engineering principles, patterns, and practices for designing, building, and instrumenting scalable, resilient, and secure systems or solutions through CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and implementation of the production-grade scalable web and cloud based applications
  • Drive end-to-end system engineering for cross-functional consulting projects
  • Collaborate with all to translate innovative project requirements to engineering specs

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience Java or Python or Node or Angular, React and AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL and NoSQL and related technologies
  • 4+ years experience in technology leadership consulting and project management
  • 1+ years people management experience
  • Outstanding leadership skills and have managed more than 5 developers at once
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and to serve as a role model for your peers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a track record of taking ownership of a complex problem and ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities to tighten the scope, increase process visibility, and gain stakeholders buy-in
  • Ability to coach the team and manage external expectations for continuous improvement and building reliability into the product
