Proven experience (15+ years) in IT solution design, account management, or a related role in the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and managed services

Job Responsibility

Act as the primary solution architect for the customer up to CxO level

Guide the customer in the transformation journey focusing on the planning and solution design phase of the project
Align closely with the sales account and delivery team
