Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on technical manager to lead and actively contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise IT infrastructure. This role combines leadership with deep technical expertise, focusing on data center technologies, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and security across hybrid environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a technical lead, actively configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing infrastructure systems
  • Manage and participate in the administration of data center technologies, including servers, storage, and VMware virtualization
  • Design and maintain enterprise networking solutions, including SD-WAN, network segmentation, and advanced security practices
  • Lead cloud architecture and migration projects, with hands-on experience in Azure and hybrid cloud environments
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices for automation and scalability
  • Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity resilience, and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members while remaining actively involved in technical execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including recent leadership roles
  • Proven hands-on expertise in: Data center technologies (servers, storage, VMware virtualization)
  • Enterprise networking (SD-WAN, segmentation, security)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure) and hybrid cloud migrations
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including advanced SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
  • Familiarity with IaC tools and DevOps methodologies for infrastructure management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead by example in technical execution
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
