Job Responsibility:
Assist Project Designers in bringing the concept design through schematic design, by reviewing and incorporating Architectural, Structural and Services information into the design
Research and propose technical solutions to design problems as and when they arise
Advise Project Designers in design clarification, detailing and material selection
Attend and record meetings within the company and with the wider design team
Prepare and monitor documentation production programs to keep the project on track. You are responsible for maintaining office drafting and documentation standards at all stages of the project
Produce detailed design and documentation of the project, in line with the vision of the Project Lead
Work with internal CAD team and guide them to deliver comprehensive documentation packages
Manage and conduct shop drawing reviews
Requirements:
Right to work in Singapore (we DO NOT sponsor work visa.)
2-4 years of experience as Technical Designer of similar role
Previous experience in interior architecture or architectural drafting role
Experience in hospitality projects, having seen at least two through all stages to completion
Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop
Fluent in English
