Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Company Secretarial Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about developing a long-term career in Company Secretarial practice. In this role, you will support the delivery of statutory compliance services across a diverse client portfolio. You should be confident handling a wide range of company secretarial responsibilities, including Companies House filings and general statutory maintenance. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing routine compliance for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Completing and filing companies house forms and related documentation
  • Overseeing share transfers, share buybacks, and corporate changes
  • Dealing with Incorporation and preparing related documentation
  • Preparing and filing Confirmation Statements and dormant accounts
  • Carrying out ID verification for directors and PSCs as an ACSP
  • Supporting company secretaries in the team
  • Drafting routine board minutes to effect statutory changes
  • Handling day-to-day administrative duties, including managing incoming emails and post
  • Supporting internal solicitors and group activities as required

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Strong client management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workloads
  • Motivated, proactive, and passionate about pursuing professional CoSec qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Communicating clearly with clients and explaining complex matters
