Job Description:

Sopra Steria is hiring a Technical Communication Specialist in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The role involves designing and executing communication strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing digital assets, and collaborating on internal and external campaigns. Responsibilities include working on client intranet pages, event coordination, and enhancing the user experience through cohesive communication processes.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute communication strategies
Create and manage content for publishing across platforms
Ensure consistency in messaging aligned with internal and client guidelines
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness
Design and populate websites with user-centric interfaces and content
Create communication plans and guide teams in implementation
Design and maintain client intranet pages with engaging content
Coordinate and prepare events, webinars, and marketing materials
Partner with global teams for messaging and PR campaigns
Develop external communication programs
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and talent teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism or related fields
08-10 years of total experience expected
Strong knowledge of communication strategies and digital tools
Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Illustrator)
Proficiency in creating and managing content for platforms like G-sites and SharePoint
Ability to translate complex topics into understandable messages
Skills in designing user-centric interfaces
Strong analytical skills to monitor and enhance communication effectiveness
Experience with event coordination and marketing campaigns.

Nice to have:

Experience with video production and creating high-impact videos
Knowledge of PR and external communications
Familiarity with designing client intranet pages and interactive elements
Background in supporting recruitment marketing and talent teams.
