Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in bridging technical and business needs, driving process improvements, and ensuring project success. This role requires a highly analytical individual with over 10 years of experience in business analysis and a strong ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and recommend effective solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Review and analyze documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with call center teams to enhance customer service processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation to support decision-making and project tracking
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and achieve organizational goals
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless communication and understanding
  • Perform gap analysis to assess current state versus desired outcomes and propose actionable strategies
  • Support project delivery by monitoring progress and addressing issues or risks proactively

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success
  • Expertise in call center operations and customer service processes
  • Strong skills in document review and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and develop actionable strategies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
