PCM Integrations is the automation/API division of PostcardMania — and we move fast.We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive Sales Administrator & Executive Support professional to support our VP of Business Development and our growing sales team.If you love systems, investigating, checklists, solving puzzles, spreadsheets, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly — keep reading.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute structured daily and weekly administrative operations
  • Maintain and analyze reporting dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Run, verify, and investigate sales reports and discrepancies
  • Build and manage spreadsheets, reports, and organized data systems
  • Research, gather, and organize information to support leadership initiatives
  • Track projects and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support executives and sales leadership with special projects
  • Provide backup support to the sales team, including handling a small customer base and overflow calls
  • Develop working knowledge of company technology systems and assist with CRM and integration-related inquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
