Job Description:

This role involves performing microbiological tests, operating laboratory equipment, and ensuring documentation as per SOPs, while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines. Candidates will handle aseptic techniques, environmental system testing, and pyrogen tests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Correct use of aseptic techniques and other microbiological technique such as streak plates, dilution, pour plates, microbiological transfer
  • Perform microbiological testing pyrogen, water testing, compressed air systems and environmental system, etc.
  • Operate different laboratory equipment (water bath, autoclave, balance, particle counter, biological safety cabinets, etc.) as per reference specifications, manuals and safety rules required
  • Prepare, sterilize and test all media needed for testing
  • Release media as appropriate
  • Document pyrogen test information of Finished Goods in POMS

Requirements:

  • Perform microbiological testing pyrogen, water testing, compressed air systems and environmental system, etc.
  • Operate different laboratory equipment (water bath, autoclave, balance, particle counter, biological safety cabinets, etc.) as per reference specifications, manuals and safety rules required
  • Generate laboratory documentation as per reference spec. and /or SOP’s
  • Gather laboratory data in a comprehensive format for upper management information
  • Prepare, sterilize and test all media needed for testing
  • Release media as appropriate
  • Perform any special testing and other duties related to responsibility area
  • Observes all company and regulatory EHS requirements
  • Observe data privacy policies at all time
  • Document pyrogen test information of Finished Goods in POMS
  • Knowledge of GLP/GMP/FDA requirements
  • Good Documentation Practices
  • Knowledge on PC Microsoft – Office Software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work as require per company needs
  • Work under pressure
