Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data PSL (Product Service Line) Operations Manager (f/m) to join our Customer services Techdata IT department based in Toulouse, France. You will join an Information Management team for Airbus Customer Services in charge of delivering Technical data (documentation of our aircrafts) to the Airlines. Our mission is to set-up and drive projects to deliver IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our Airlines customers.In this frame, we are looking for an Operation manager in order to ensure that our applications are well supported for our Business and we are able to produce Aircraft manuals. We support in our activities Business Techdata teams in Airbus commercial, ATR and Airbus Defence and Space.We manage around 250 applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Incidents tracking, follow-up and escalation
  • Ensure that incidents process is correctly applied in the PSL and process improvements
  • Regular meetings with L2 and L3 support teams
  • Provide KPIs and analysis
  • Report to management major risk or issues
  • Production manuals IT responsible
  • Follow-up all Techdata manuals production steps
  • Follow-up all incidents linked to Techdata manuals production
  • Relaunch jobs, do recovery steps in case of issues during week ends when « on duty » is needed
  • Regular meeting with Business to follow this scope of incidents and provide to them regular status
  • Meetings with ITOPS / Appli manager / Business to unlock the process in case of crisis
  • Escalate to management when needed
  • Prepare and anticipate issues based on return of experience of previous Techdata revisions
  • Provide KPIs and analysis in order to push mandatory improvements
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents thanks to an important network of many profiles

Requirements:

  • Academic background (or equivalent) in Information Technology
  • Solide professional experience in the field
  • Rigorous and autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
  • Strong collaborative mind-set
  • Leadership
  • Advanced level in French and English
  • Good knowledge on Service now
  • Knowledge on Ctrl M will be appreciated
  • Knowledge on Version one and SAP is a plus
  • Experience on application management
  • Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated
