Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal teams. Maintain leading-edge technical knowledge and act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve business outcomes. Assist with technical system management and design while working collaboratively with team members and customers.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver assigned tasks during project delivery cycle
provide technical systems management support
troubleshoot systems issues and test performance
contribute to technical solution design
work under supervision to accomplish assigned tasks
act professionally with customers
participate as a team member
maintain good relationships with peers and customers
use knowledge tools
participate in technical communities or events.

Requirements:

1-3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related field
without a degree, an additional year of relevant practical technical experience (totaling 2-4 years)
sufficient technical knowledge to assist with specific deliverables
ability to communicate concepts clearly
ability to produce basic documentation
understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
fundamental technical knowledge.
