Job Description:

Lead and develop a team to create engaging, sustainable, and commercial range presentations. Act as a key player in shaping the layout of the store while collaborating with stakeholders. Job Responsibility:

Inspire and engage your team to keep the IKEA store vital, up to date and innovative
lead, develop and recruit a high performing and passionate team
responsible for the layout and execution of store range presentations
connect with (inter)national stakeholders to secure Visual Merchandising goals
translate the store business plan into specific action plans
spot and act upon commercial opportunities
create an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

Passionate about home furnishing, retail design, trends and customer behavior
inspire, lead and develop a team of visual merchandise co-workers
strong collaboration skills with colleagues from different functions
ability to see challenges as opportunities and make decisions in a fast-changing retail environment
driven to improve ways of working and develop both business and people to achieve common goals
design-based education or similar work experience in leading creative processes
customer-focused mindset.
