Job Description:

Our client, a large employer in Whitstable, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Team Manager to support them through a period of management change! Job Responsibility:

Lead with Excellence: Manage and inspire a large team, demonstrating a 'lead by example' approach
Be the Go-To Person: Address day-to-day staff queries and provide support as needed
Handle HR Matters: Manage staff absences and conduct return-to-work interviews
Smart Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas to ensure smooth operations
Keep Everyone Informed: Communicate business updates and developments to the team
Site Management: Tackle site issues like deliveries and facilities concerns
One-on-One Support: Conduct regular 121s to discuss any issues or concerns with team members
Empathetic Leadership: Implement changes thoughtfully and supportively
Customer Advocate: Act as a point of escalation for customer queries or complaints

Requirements:

Proven experience in Team Management or Leadership roles
Exceptional communication skills that foster positive relationships
A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
The ability to lead with empathy and inspire your team
