We’re looking for an exceptional, product-minded Team Leader – Staff Software Engineer (L4) to join our engineering team and help scale Omnea through its next phase of growth. Over the next year, our team will double in size, our enterprise customer base will grow from ~100 to 200+, and revenue will triple. This is a Staff-level role with domain-level impact, combining senior technical leadership with people leadership responsibilities. You’ll own delivery for a team, coach and develop engineers, and shape architecture and product outcomes across a broader domain, while remaining hands-on where it matters most.

Requirements:
8–10+ years of software engineering experience
Experience leading teams or complex technical initiatives
Experience building and leading delivery of web apps
Designed and implemented features from start to finish (full-stack, using TypeScript and ideally AWS)
Led teams or owned delivery for critical systems and initiatives
Worked with best-in-class tooling in AWS, IaC, observability and quality assessments
Understand what it takes to build highly reliable, well-architected systems at scale
Comfortable moving across the stack
Comfortable navigating ambiguity
Enjoy owning delivery outcomes, setting direction, making prioritisation decisions, and unblocking teams
Team player
Excited by helping maximise team performance
Comfortable tackling problems without a predefined clear definition or obvious solution
Prepared to undertake pair-programming stage in JavaScript or TypeScript
Full-stack engineer (not only frontend, backend, devops/platform)
Nice to have:
