Team Leader Operation & Delivery Executive

• Handle all excursion bookings from various sales channels, including Tour Desk, TUI Representatives, online platforms, and third-party (3P) operators
• Make necessary reservations with suppliers for restaurants (breakfast/lunch), National Park entrance fees, and all other venues
• Assign guides and transportation services for operations in Phuket and Khao Lak
• Supervise arrival lounge and pier activities during morning and evening operations
• Ensure the lounge is clean and that breakfast and refreshments are prepared and ready each morning
• Manage daily operational expenses, including payments to local venues and DMC partners
• Oversee scheduling, service tracking, and performance reviews for in-house guides, boat captains, and crew members
• Provide service training to ensure the highest quality guest experience
• Drive sales and marketing efforts by managing 3P customer accounts such as local tour desks, hotel concierges, and local tour operators
• Focus on increasing passenger numbers and maximizing excursion capacity.

• High capacity to manage a team to deliver results
• The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards
• Is comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks
• Must be available to work on weekends and/or holidays if required
• Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working and drive our digital culture
• Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics
• A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality
• Previous experience in travel/tourism and or cruise ships is advantageous.

• Basic salary which already starts at 366,700 THB gross per year
