Job Description:

As TEAM LEAD PROJECT MANAGEMENT* - senior project management in a branding environment with strong client leadership, account development and a clear focus on planning & controlling. You lead projects end-to-end, provide day-to-day leadership across teams, and bring valuable impulses that move clients and brands forward. The role is set up as a team lead position. That said, we’re equally happy to meet outstanding senior profiles who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • You are the central point of contact for clients: understand their needs, advise strategically, and lead projects with confidence
  • You manage branding projects end-to-end — from concept to go-live / rollout
  • You plan and coordinate teams, timelines and budgets to ensure smooth and reliable delivery
  • You keep scope, costs, quality and deadlines under control and make sure milestones are met
  • You work numbers-driven: forecasting, controlling, project tracking, resourcing and post-calculation are part of your day-to-day
  • You set impulses and actively develop client relationships (account development)
  • You moderate meetings and, if needed, facilitate workshops
  • You ensure high quality standards and support strong collaboration across the team

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience (ideally 6+ years) managing branding / brand projects
  • Strong branding understanding and the ability to translate brand requirements into clear project decisions
  • Excellent project leadership skills: structure, stakeholder management, risk & scope handling
  • Strong affinity for planning and controlling, including solid numbers skills (budgeting, effort, profitability)
  • Confident communication, a solution-oriented mindset and a professional presence with clients
  • High level of ownership and independence — you proactively drive topics to completion
  • Ideally, first experience as a team lead / in functional leadership (or proven leadership through responsibility)

Nice to have:

A basic understanding of digital delivery (e.g. websites/CMS/production) — deep technical expertise is not required.
