This is a critical role within our Manufacturing & Logistics division, where you will drive operational success on the production floor. As a Team Leader, you are the heartbeat of the production shift. You will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring that equipment is running efficiently and that your team is meeting its targets. In this Manufacturing environment you will manage shift transitions, monitor powder usage, and ensure all mix sheets are prepared to avoid downtime. Safety and quality are paramount in this position. You will lead by example, reinforcing the proper use of PPE and conducting health and safety audits to maintain a secure environment for all employees. Your expertise in Manufacturing & Logistics will be utilized as you oversee the entire batch sampling process and utilize quality testing equipment to verify product runs. Working within a Randstad Operational framework, you will promote 7S and ISO standards to ensure the highest level of organizational efficiency. ...
