Job Responsibility:

  • Perform Weekly Sales Reconciliation between Accounting & Front-End System
  • Post Adjustment Journal Entries
  • Perform Stock Reconciliation and Post Journal Entries where required
  • Create New Lease Contracts under IFRS16 module on Accounting System, amend & update changes to Leases where required
  • Setting up Fixed Assets on the Accounting System
  • Calculating Monthly Accruals/ Prepayments to Post Journals accordingly
  • Oracle system handling – Downloading Reports for Monthly Reporting & Raising Tickets with External Vendor on any system errors
  • Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations Monthly
  • Support Onshore Accounting team with any ad-hoc requests and month end activities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Completed or following a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
  • Willingness to work for the Australian Time (6.30am to 3.00pm) and Calendar
