Job Description:

Unqualified Teaching Assistant – No Experience Needed. Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 & KS2. School offering on-the-job training. General classroom support and 1:1 SEN support. Working with mild SEN: Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language, Dyslexia.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
School offering on-the-job training and development
General classroom support and 1:1 SEN support
Working with a range of mild SEN: Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language, Dyslexia

Requirements:

Must hold a degree OR strong GCSE/A-Level results
No previous experience required
just a passion for working with children
A strong work ethic and desire to learn on the job
Must be fully committed to the role for the full academic year
Confidence, creativity, and patience are highly valued
A genuine interest in education, psychology, or child development

What we offer:

£150 – £250 per successful referral
